The Association des familles Messier inc. invites you to his Homecoming and his Annual General Meeting:

at 10:00 a.m. for the traditional lunch-brunch  

please : reservation before August 18, 2024 with the secretary.

Agenda :

​

     1. Opening of the meeting;

     2. Appointment of a president and a secretary of the meeting;

     3. Establishment of the regularity of the summons and reading;

     4. Verification of quorum and right of presence;

     5. Reading and adoption of the agenda;

     6. Reading and adoption of the minutes of the General Assembly of September 10, 2023;

     7. Report from the chairman of the board of directors;

     8. Presentation of the 2023-2024 financial report;

     9. Appointment of an auditor for the year 2024-2025;

     10. Ratification of the actions of directors;

     11. Appointment of a president and an election secretary;

     12. Elections: Réjean Messier (12), Michel Messier (392) and Denis St-François (427)                                                                                          are leaving office, but re-electable;

     13. Varia (open);

     14 Adjournment of the meeting.

 

After the brunch, members present will be invited to go to the Community Room at 150, rue Jules-Phaneuf, Varennes (J3X ​​0K6), to participate in our annual general meeting. You can join us for brunch or just before the beginning of our AGM. You will be always welcome ! Possibility of a tour to the houses that belonged to our ancestors after our AGM! Please mention your interest when registering!
