To all our members,
The Association des Familles Messier Inc. invites you to its reunion and annual general meeting:
Date : Saturday, August 22, 2026
Location: Restaurant Pizzéria Bedford,
41 Rue Principale, Bedford, QC J0J 1A0
Welcome: 11:00 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m.
The Annual General Meeting will begin around 1:15 p.m.

Agenda
1. Opening of the meeting;
2. Appointment of a meeting chair and secretary;
3. Confirmation of the validity of the notice of meeting and reading thereof;
4. Verification of quorum and eligibility to attend;
5. Reading and adoption of the agenda;
6. Reading and adoption of the minutes of the General Meeting of August 23, 2025;
7. Report by the Chair of the Board of Directors;
8. Presentation of the 2025-2026 financial report;
9. Appointment of an auditor for the 2026-2027 year;
10. Ratification of the acts and conduct of the directors;
11. Appointment of an election chair and secretary;
12. Elections: Réjean Messier (12), Michel Messier (392), and Denis St-François (427)
are outgoing directors but are eligible for re-election;
13. Other business (open);
14. Adjournment of the meeting.

How to get to your 2026 AGM
From USA :
– If you cross the Canadian border via I-89 North :
– Continue on Route 133 to Pike River and turn right onto Route 202 just before the old Pike River church and continue to Bedford (6.5 km)
– Upon entering the town, you will be on Rue Principale.
– The restaurant is on your right.
– If you cross the Canadian border via another Road :
– Continue along the road and check the signs for Bedford.
From Montreal or the South Shore:
– Take Highway 10 towards Sherbrooke;
– Take exit 22 for Highway 35 towards Vermont (approx. 40 km);
– Turn left onto Route 133 (St-Sébastien) (4.8 km);
– Just past the old Pike River church, turn left onto Route 202 (6.5 km) and continue to Bedford.
– Upon entering the town, you will be on Rue Principale.
– The restaurant is on your right.
From Quebec City:
– Take Highway 20 towards Montreal;
– Take exit 143 for Route 211 towards Saint-Valérien-de-Milton;
– Turn left onto Rang Saint-Georges (Route 211, 7.6 km);
– Turn right onto 9e Rang (10.6 km);
– Turn right onto Rue Principale (Route 137, 600 m);
– Turn left onto Route de Saint-Pie (1.6 km);
– Continue onto Chemin de Saint-Dominique (2.4 km);
– Turn left onto Route du Double (Route 235, 27.8 km);
– At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Route de Contournement (Route 235, 5.2 km);
– Turn right (at the traffic lights) onto Rue Jacques-Cartier Sud (Route 235, 17.4 km) and continue to Bedford.
– In Bedford, cross the Zéphyr-Falcon bridge; at the next stop sign, turn right onto Rue Principale.
– The restaurant is on your left.
